I’ve been in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in the past few weeks. Worries abound, but not the ones you might think. Nobody fears Russian separatism, insurrection etc. (Latvia is confidently demolishing the huge Russian war memorial in Riga. In other circumstances that might be a flashpoint). Nobody thinks Russia is about to attack soon, either.
The first worry is about military infrastructure.
